salsa.

A few weekends ago I made some salsa in my magic bullet! I hate to say, (I hope my mom doesn’t read this) that this is the first chance I have had to use the magic bullet that I really wanted for Christmas!  The recipe is simple. (onion, tomatoes, jalapeño, garlic clove, cilantro,  s&p) I had been given some homegrown tomatoes so I figured I would give it a try. I would say it was a pretty successful first attempt---it tasted fairly authentic.  Next time I think I would add a few more tomatoes...and a little less onion.
